Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation to the Fourth Micro-projects Programme - MALAWI

The assignment is part of the EC Framework Contract, Lot One – Rural Development and Food Security. The Fourth Microprojects Programme is a non-focal sector support programme which seeks to address the human capital, production and pro-poor economic growth problems, service delivery constraints and impediments to local communities’ participation in development processes.

The objective of the monitoring and evaluation assignment to be implemented by GRM International BV will be to improve the performance of the Micro Project Programme towards attaining the desired development outputs and overall objectives of the Programme. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will commence the first of the three phases of the assignment in mid-late November 2006 with the final phase to be completed by September 2007.
