Onalerona (Lerona) Tshetlho began working with GRM in October 2004, after graduating from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) with a Bachelor of Technology in International Communications. She also has experience working as an International Co-ordinator for TUT, travelling through southern Africa, Europe and China to promote the University.
In February 2005, Lerona was selected to join the Young Professionals Programme and is assisting on several projects. For example, she is working with the Australian Development Scholarship scheme (www.adsafrica.com.au), which provides postgraduate academic scholarships for study in Australia.
"It's inspiring to work for a company that contributes to the development of other countries. It's motivating and rewarding to be involved in the early phases of a project and seeing it develop through to completion," she says.
"My motto in life is 'to be the best Lerona, both professionally and personally, therefore I believe the sky is the limit!'"
