GRM Netherlands PCD2 project in Niger extended for two years

Last month the EU funded PCD2 project in Niger was evaluated and this week GRM Netherlands was informed that the project will be extended for another two years. PCD, a decentralised local development programme, is aimed at stimulating local development initiatives, strengthening local organisations and developing civil society in the project areas, thus translating the decentralisation process to grassroots level.
