The following services were carried out:
Liaise with AusAID on the preparation of two (2) Concept Notes for joint donor (AusAID and the Asian Development Bank) programs of support to improve water and sanitation infrastructure services in Samoa and Kiribati.
Participate and represent AusAID in a multi-donor team led by the Asian Development Bank to prepare Concept Notes for programs of support to improve water and sanitation infrastructure services in Samoa and Kiribati.
Assist the ADB Mission team leader in the preparation of joint donor Concept Notes for programs of support to improve water and sanitation infrastructure services in Samoa and Kiribati. Single Concept Notes will be produced for each country and will include terms of reference for the design team, cost estimates, and government commitments for the design of water and sanitation programs.
