FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
The GRM International Group currently holds a range of Framework Contracts from different agencies (eg. EC, DfID, AusAID, Sida, etc) covering a wide range of sectors and regions. Framework Contracts (also referred to as Period Offers or Indefinite Quantity Contracts) are agreements between development agencies and contractors to provide short-term specialist services on an 'as required' basis.
These agreements provide the various agencies with quick access to consulting expertise in a range of sectors including rural development, public sector reform, education, health, infrastructure, and legal and media services. Framework Contracts are awarded through a competitive tender process and are usually signed for terms of up to three years; they often include an option to extend for further years.
Consultants interested in undertaking future Framework assignments should register on the GRM CV database and regularly check the website for details of current assignments.
