The GRM International Group recognises the importance of training and mentoring talented young professionals, who have a desire to contribute to our development work in countries worldwide.
The GRM Young Professional Program is an internal program designed for suitably qualified graduates in development theory with a couple of years work experience, giving them a comprehensive grounding within our company and the industry. It offers unique opportunities forour staff to work for GRM in their home country and GRM offices and project offices overseas, enabling them to broaden their project management and their specific technical skills within the development field.
