Mr. Christer Soderberg (pronounced Sodderbay) has been appointed as the new General Manager of OPTO International. Christer will join us from the large Swedish consulting firm, AF Group, where he is a member of their Senior Executive team and Managing Director of a subsidiary AF company, Graphium Consult.
Christer brings 20 years experience in international development covering rural development, labour markets, education and financial management, and as a past Chairman of the Swedish International Consultants Association, Christer has a strong understanding of and networks within the Swedish international development industry. It is a pleasure to welcome Christer to OPTO and the GRM Group. He will commence his appointment on 2 April 2006. |
